Quotacom is seeking an AI Consultant to join its Lisbon office. You will work directly with clients to identify AI opportunities, shape use cases and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy solutions into production.

This highly autonomous role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product management and client delivery, owning engagements from discovery through implementation and measurable impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Experience in product management/ownership/delivery.
• Experience applying Data & AI to business challenges.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents.
• Ability to identify AI opportunities based on business impact.
• Confident working with technical and engineering teams; translating business needs into solutions.
• Proven ability to take projects from idea to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Independent, ownership-driven with structured approach.
• Ability to switch between strategic advisory and hands-on delivery.

Requirements

• A background in consulting, with 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience across product management, product ownership or product delivery
• Practical experience applying Data & AI to real business challenges
• Good understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents or similar technologies
• Able to identify and prioritise AI opportunities based on business impact
• Confident working with technical and engineering teams and translating business needs into solutions
• Proven ability to take projects from initial idea through to implementation
• Strong client presence, with excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership and bringing structure to complex engagements
• Able to switch between strategic AI advisory and hands‑on product delivery
