Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents for enterprise environments. You will integrate generative AI with Azure OpenAI, APIs, and M365, delivering scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will collaborate with AI architects and developers, craft prompting strategies, and mentor other departments on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related low-code AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, AI solution development, or related technical roles and experience in delivering Generative AI or LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architectures

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and other generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
• Build end-to-end workflows to enable business actions (e.g., approvals, system updates, notifications)
• Integrate solutions with Azure OpenAI, enterprise systems (SAP, APIs, M365)
• Design and optimize prompting strategies and RAG-based knowledge solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI architects, and developers
• Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs
• Create best practices, enablement materials, and usage guidelines for AI
• Consult & train other departments on Microsoft Copilot Studio
