What You'll Do

• Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues
• Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features
• Provide pre- and post-sales support
• Identify recurring problems and help find solutions
• Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved
• Help improve the overall customer experience

You'd Be a Great Fit If You

• Speak English fluently
• Have customer service, technical support, sales, or similar experience
