CB Talents SP in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking customer support specialist to join an international team supporting a leading social media and digital advertising platform.

You will learn digital tools, assist businesses with ad-related issues, and gain experience across customer experience, technology, and B2B support, with 15 days of structured training and potential for permanent employment after 2 years.

Formación

• Speak English fluently and communicate clearly.

• Be comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.

• Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues.
• Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Identify recurring problems and help find solutions.
• Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are resolved.
• Help improve the overall customer experience.
