Cbtalents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international project on-site. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates aiming to gain international BPO experience and develop communication and problem-solving skills.

You will assist English-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience within a multicultural team.
