CBTalents is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international project in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to start a career in a multicultural environment.

You will assist English-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat; respond to inquiries professionally; and resolve account-related and general issues while providing accurate guidance and building strong communication skills.
