Cbtalents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international project. This on-site, full-time role welcomes fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain BPO experience and sharpen communication and problem-solving skills.

You will support customers via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and deliver accurate guidance while maintaining a high-quality customer experience in a multicultural team.

Qualificações

• English level at C1 or higher.
