English Customer Support Assistant (M/F) - Lisbon - Lisbon

Descrição: Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, training, and outsourcing company, currently experiencing strong growth in its sector and operating in the field of integrated human resources management, is recruiting Customer Support Assistants for a prestigious client company. The selected candidates will communicate in English and perform the following duties:

• Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs);
• Provide information and answer customer inquiries.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with fixed working hours between 7am to 6pm
Location: Areeiro (Lisbon)

• Clear diction and strong verbal communication skills;
• Accuracy and perseverance;
• Customer-oriented mindset;
• Basic computer skills (user level).
