Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks to lead a strategic business unit, driving growth and delivering complex telecom projects across national and international landscapes.

You will oversee P&L, build high-performing teams, shape pre-sales, and foster customer relationships while promoting innovation and continuous improvement as a core value.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
• Strong P&L management and business development experience.
• Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
• Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
