THE ROLE

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical vision, delivery, and culture of our B2 B Integrations team at Farfetch. In this critical role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of backend and integration engineers responsible for the nervous system of our B2 B ecosystem. Your team will own the core pipelines that power our platform: ingesting complex global product catalogs at scale, and ensuring the seamless, real-time routing of outbound orders and returns with our B2 B partners. You will join a dynamic, inclusive, and highly collaborative environment where engineering excellence is paramount. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead & Empower: Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of backend and integration engineers. You will conduct regular 1:1s, set clear development goals, and foster a culture of continuous feedback, psychological safety, and technical curiosity. Drive Technical Excellence: Own the lifecycle and health of our B2 B integration domain. You will guide architectural decisions to ensure our product ingestion, order relay, and return pipelines are scalable, resilient, and observable. Partner with Product: Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into a robust technical roadmap. You will help prioritize the backlog, balancing new feature delivery with crucial technical debt management and infrastructure scaling.
