FARFETCH Porto seeks an Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical vision, delivery, and culture of the B2B Integrations team. Lead backend and integration engineers responsible for core pipelines, from product catalogs to real-time order routing with partners.

You will join a collaborative environment where engineering excellence is valued. Build fault-tolerant systems, scale teams, and shape architecture connecting FARFETCH with global partners.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary software teams.
• Deep experience building high-throughput B2B integration pipelines.
• Expertise with API, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong cloud-native architecture knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the B2B integration domain with a focus on ingestion and routing pipelines.
• Mentor engineers, conduct 1:1s, and foster psychological safety.
• Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into a robust roadmap.
• Drive SDLC best practices, CI/CD, test automation, and observability.
