Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager II for the APM DCS Platform Delivery in Portugal, Remote. You will lead three teams, set the vision for developer productivity, and own the release experience across the platform.

This role partners with product, infrastructure, and internal CI teams to improve workflows and scale CI/CD systems to support growth. You’re a senior people leader who mentors engineers, drives roadmaps, and raises the technical bar for reliable, high-scale systems.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and growing engineers' careers.
• Track record of roadmap planning and delivering in collaboration with partner teams.
• Strong system-design skills for reliable, high-scale platforms.
