team.it is seeking a Systems Administrator based in Lisbon to support Linux and Windows Server environments and manage virtualization platforms. You will contribute to reliable IT operations, troubleshoot infrastructure, and document processes to strengthen our team’s capability.

This role emphasizes hands-on technical work, collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a sustainable, inclusive culture.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (CloudStack, VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox VE).
• Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting and IT operations.
• Good understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and technical documentation skills.
