• Establish QA processes and automation strategies to support ongoing product innovation and quality.
• Mentor and grow a skilled QA team focused on testing precision-driven, real-world systems.
• Champion quality across all layers, from embedded firmware to cloud-connected front ends.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in functional testing, embedded systems, and automated test development.
• Proven expertise in web-based testing and embedded server testing.
• Solid background in HIL systems and automation frameworks tailored to hardware/software integration.
• Experience in industries where hardware and software converge (e.g., automotive, robotics, GNSS, surveying).
• Strong leadership in building test teams and QA strategies from the ground up.
