Amaris Consulting in Portugal is seeking an IT PM FINANCE to lead complex Finance transformation programs within the IS&D team. The role is full-remote from Portugal and involves coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple platforms globally.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder reporting, with 6–10 years of PM experience in Finance. English fluent is a plus; PMP/PRINCE2 is desirable. Join an international, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• 6 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably in Finance or Finance transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects involving multiple platforms, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, risk management, and governance.
• Experience managing projects involving tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• English fluent

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs.
• Lead initiatives involving the integration of multiple systems and Finance platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
