Inetum in Portugal seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments. The role focuses on device administration, software and OS deployment, patch management, compliance and technical documentation.

Responsibilities include deploying software updates, supporting OS and app deployment, and maintaining deployment rings while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Spoken and written English.
• A driving licence valid in Portugal.
• Availability to travel.

• Implement unattended device installation and configuration processes using SCCM, MDT, task sequences, BitLocker and MBAM.

• Create, monitor and manage deployment rings.
• Perform reporting and troubleshooting activities.
• Update and document tickets handled.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
