Inetum in Portugal is seeking a Windows SysAdmin to design, implement, and maintain workplace environments, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.

The role requires 5+ years in endpoint management, expertise with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD, AD, GPOs, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, ServiceNow, and ITIL, plus strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune administration.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and macOS workplace environments.
• Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Manage security and compliance policies.
• Provide advanced L3 support and resolve incidents.
• Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 teams.
• Contribute to service and user experience improvements.
