Infineon Technologies invites applications for a professional internship in HR in Portugal. The 12-month fixed-term contract involves supporting HR business partners with administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, and assisting with process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, while collaborating with HR teams across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• Education: a degree in HR, psychology, languages, or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital tools.
• Strong service mindset and ability to work with management levels.
• Fluent in English and German (B1) required.

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will:

• Administrative Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; Administer HR-related matters (e.g., working time topics, contract management, reference letters)
• Process Improvement & Digitalization: Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes
• Requirements Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Communication & Collaboration: Share and exchange information with all levels of management; Collaborate closely with HR counterparts across multiple locations

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Education: A degree ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or a similar field
• Tools: Good command of Microsoft Office; Affinity towards digital tools
• Working Style: You take responsibility and focus on providing a high-quality service to internal customers; You structure your own work within the team and collaborate with all levels of management
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in German B1 and English (mandatory)
