Havas Media Portugal is looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage skilled professionals for roles across EMEA, collaborating with recruiters to understand requirements and build candidate pipelines. You will craft personalized messages and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related people-focused role.
• Ability to work with international teams and across markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source potential candidates for roles across EMEA using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other relevant channels.
• Review applications and identify candidates who match role requirements.
• Write and send engaging, personalised messages to prospective candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess suitability against agreed criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers via our applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about relevant talent markets, sourcing trends, and competitor activity across EMEA.
