CBRE in Lisbon seeks an EMEA Projects Estimator for DCS Whitespace, on-site, full-time. You will join the Estimating Team to prepare cost estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions for live data centre projects across Europe.

The role requires 3+ years in QS/Estimating, 2+ years in data centres, and the ability to travel across Europe. Strong commercial acumen and proficiency with Cubit/Buildsoft are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years QS/Estimating experience in construction.
• At least 2 years in data centre projects.
• Able to travel across Europe as required.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Proficient in measurement and estimating practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assess tender documents to prepare the tender.
• Take off quantities and issue sub-contract enquiries.
• Prepare material supply enquiries and assess quotations.
• Lead post-tender negotiations and submit tenders.
• Produce documents for tender settlement with net costings.
