CBRE Data Centre Solutions, a division of Global Workplace Solutions, is recruiting a Project Scheduler/Planner to support growth of our projects business. Based on site in Lisbon, you will create, update and coordinate project schedules for data centre developments, working with engineers, procurement and operations.

You will have a background in mechanical or electrical construction, with 3+ years in scheduling, and be proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6, Excel, and related tools to

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• Experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction sector.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Microsoft Excel and database applications used regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in regular project team meetings across multiple projects.
• Ensure scheduling is consistent with project methodology.
• Prepare spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the life-cycle.
• Review critical path, cost loading, and milestones.
• Provide schedule analysis and metrics to stakeholders.
