The role involves advising on labor regulations, managing employee relations, and supporting HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Law or Human Resources, with 2-3 years of related experience and a strong knowledge of Spanish labor law. Qualificações

• 2-3 years in labor relations or HR compliance, preferably with international exposure.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review employment contracts for multiple countries.
• Manage employee relations cases across diverse legal frameworks.

Conhecimentos

Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law

Excellent communication skills

Negotiation skills

Fluent in English

Proficiency in additional EMEA languages

Formação académica

Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
