The role focuses on evolving the operating model, deploying AI-driven procurement tools, and building high-performing teams to deliver sustainable savings and resilience across the EMEA region.

Qualificações

• Over 15 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with P&L impact understanding.
• Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled procurement processes and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Procurement performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to drive measurable savings and value creation.
• Define and execute EMEA-wide category strategies to increase leverage and standardization.
• Evolve the EMEA Procurement Operating Model with scalable structures and governance.
• Champion deployment of digital, automated, and AI-driven procurement solutions to transform decision-making.
• Develop high-performing category management and procurement operations teams across multiple countries.
