Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Portugal Branch) in Lisbon seeks an NTE Security Manager to run the on-site physical security of our data centers across the EMEA region. You will manage access control, guard force, CCTV, and incident reporting while ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001.

The role requires EU citizenship, 5–7 years in security operations and leadership, and a valid driver’s license. Travel 25–40% is expected as you coordinate with partners, audit sites, and improve security

Qualifications

• EU citizen to support European Sovereign Cloud product.
• 5-7 years of security operations experience with leadership role.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and related compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports.
• Analyze situations and formulate action plans.
• Compile concise security reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate with security service providers and manage vendor contracts.
• Train others in security procedures.
