A leading automotive company located in Lisboa, Portugal is seeking a Category Manager. The successful candidate will develop category-specific strategies to maximize sales and profit across target markets. Responsibilities include implementing an annual development plan, defining assortment rules, and establishing pricing policies. Ideal candidates should possess a Master's degree and have over 5 years of experience in vendor management, with a background in the automotive industry preferred. Fluency in English and other European languages is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in vendor management or P/L ownership role preferred.
• 3+ years in Automotive or Automotive spare parts.
• Language skills: English B1, fluency in additional European languages is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement category-specific strategies to maximize sales and profit.
• Create and implement an annual category development plan.
• Define and enforce rules for assortment mix.
• Establish category-specific pricing policies.
• Set requirements for presentation of goods on platforms.
• Lead performance reviews ensuring execution of Category strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and regular business reviews.
