Autodoc Group is seeking a Category Manager for Cooling & Heating in Lisbon. The successful candidate will build and maintain the product assortment, collaborate with the pricing team for strategy, and drive category revenue and profitability. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in category management or e-commerce retail. Must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Good command of English (B2) is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in category management, product management, or e-commerce retail.
• Experience owning category KPIs: Revenue, Product Profit, Margin.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the Cooling & Heating assortment matrix.
• Define category presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the pricing team for category pricing strategy.
• Plan and execute the annual category promotion and activation plan.
• Analyse category performance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Vendor Managers and other teams.
• Represent categories in cross-functional projects.

Conhecimentos

Strong analytical skills with confident command of Excel / Google Sheets

Solid understanding of e-commerce assortment management

Basic technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Automotive or a related field
