Carrier is seeking an Electromechanical Technician in Porto, Portugal. You will follow blueprints to assemble electro‑mechanical equipment, inspect materials, and repair components while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 35 kg and the ability to work in variable conditions, including high places and near high-voltage areas. The ideal candidate has an industrial or automotive background, basic English, and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Industrial or Automotive sectors preferred.
• Able to lift 35 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Fluent or intermediate English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in various conditions (high places, confined spaces, near high-voltage equipment).
• Strong commitment to Quality and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and manuals for correct assembly.
• Assemble electro-mechanical equipment to high quality standards.
• Handle electrical and manual tools proficiently.
• Perform inspections of products, components, and raw materials.
• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and mechanical parts as needed.
• Collaborate with Team for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to other Operators.
• Fulfill team and company goals.
