JobLeader in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Fitter Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves reading technical drawings, fitting and assembling parts, and ensuring components meet quality standards for machinery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with hand and power tools. English communication is required; Portuguese is a plus. Accommodation and visa support are provided.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience as a fitter or similar role in manufacturing
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine assembly requirements
• Use hand and power tools to fit, assemble, and disassemble parts according to specifications
• Conduct quality control checks on assembled components to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assembly or machinery
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
