Carrier is seeking an ElectroMechanical Technician to assemble and inspect electro-mechanical equipment, following blueprints and manuals. You will handle electrical and mechanical tasks, repair faulty components, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires experience in industrial or automotive environments, English communication, and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic setting with physical tasks and high places or confined spaces.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; CET Level 5 or DGERT related degree is a plus.
• Experience in industrial or automotive sectors is preferred.
• Technical knowledge in electronics and mechanical assembly is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Follow technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure correct assembly.
• Assemble electro-mechanical equipment meeting quality standards.
• Inspect products, components, and raw materials.
• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and mechanical parts as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to other operators.
