The Market Operations of the E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to Coordinate the means and operations on the ground, in conjunction with the other Operational Units, and ensure high standards of effectiveness and efficiency in detection, correction, and reporting, is looking to strengthen its team in the Operations area - Norte:

What you will do:

• Carrying out operations in the commercial system JUMP, associated with the coordination and monitoring of the execution of service orders and counts;
• Carrying out operations in the JUMP Asset Management system, associated with the opening/budgeting of totalizer and DTC works;
• Parameterization of BTE/MT metering equipment;
• Technical control and data processing in JUMP Commercial;
• Resolution of Service Orders verification of 20 days BTE/MT, connection and disconnection, and communication anomalies of BTE/MT/IP and PTDs;
• Analysis and response to commercial complaints.

What are we looking for:

• Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;
• Professional experience between 2 and 5 years as a technical staff member in operational functions;
• Valued knowledge of electric power distribution networks and TET course;
• Basic knowledge of computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory);
• Driving license and willingness to travel frequently (mandatory);
• Commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality, Collaboration and Networking Skills, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Analytical Ability, Rigor and Attention to Detail are crucial to the performance of the job.
