Quion, a leading international mortgage servicing provider, is expanding its IT Change Editorial team in Porto and seeks an Editorial Developer. You will design, configure and maintain letter templates and content components in Tungsten CCM, translating business requirements into practical, low-code document solutions for thousands of Dutch customers.

You collaborate with Product Owners and IT colleagues across Porto and the Netherlands, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• Affinity with low-code/configuration-based development and rule-driven document logic.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and templates.
• Experience with testing, defect analysis and structured change documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure and maintain letter templates and document variants in Tungsten CCM.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, business rules and document solutions.
• Configure content components, variables and conditional logic for customer communications.
• Analyse the impact of changes on templates, document flows and rules.
• Create and maintain documentation for templates, configurations and variants.
• Test and validate template changes to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support changes related to customer communications and standard letters.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and IT teams in Porto and the Netherlands.
• Support incident and defect resolution for document generation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying templates and improving maintainability.
• Ensure changes are documented, traceable and compliant with standards.
