Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven analyst to join the Brazilian Ecommerce team in Portugal. You will monitor KPIs through daily business reviews and steer performance across channels.

You’ll manage accounts with marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Livre, help streamline reporting through automation, collaborate with Marketing and Business Development, support media buying decisions, and contribute to strategic channel analytics to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Studying or graduated in business administration, media management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs through daily business reviews and performance steering.
• Account management with Brazilian marketplaces such as Amazon & Mercado Livre.
• Streamline and automate performance tracking and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to deliver cross-functional analytics.
• Support media buying activities and manage steering investments across paid channels.
• Drive deeper channel analytics to identify growth opportunities and roadmaps.
