The Keenfinity Group seeks a technically adept Product Owner to lead our brand websites and digital frontend experiences within a headless architecture. You will translate ambitious brand goals into a functional backlog and coordinate external partners to deliver high-performing, API-driven frontends.

You will define product vision, manage frontend backlog, specify API contracts, and drive user-centric performance improvements across global regions using modern JAMstack approaches.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Web Design, or related field.
• 8+ years as Product Owner or frontend/PM in agile, API-first environments.
• Strong frontend tech with HTML5/CSS3/JS and frameworks like React/Vue/Next.js.
• Hands-on with headless CMS (Storyblok a major plus) and JAMstack.
• Experience designing RESTful/GraphQL APIs and using API testing tools.
• Excellent backlog management with Jira/Confluence.
• Portfolio of high-performing web experiences; strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools.

We are looking for a technically-astute and visionary Product Owner to lead the development of our brand websites and digital frontend experiences within a state-of-the-art, headless architecture. This role is the critical link between our brand strategy and technical execution, translating ambitious brand goals into a functional and technical backlog for our API-driven frontends. You will be responsible for orchestrating a seamless user experience by sourcing content and data from various backend systems (including the headless CMS Storyblok, PIM, CRM) and steering our external development partners to deliver engaging, high-performing, and globally scalable web experiences.

Job Description

• Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the Website Business Owner to define and evangelize a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for our decoupled frontend applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial targets.
• Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, manage, and meticulously prioritize the product backlog for all frontend development. Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, focusing on features that consume APIs from our headless ecosystem (Storyblok, PIM, Salesforce, etc.).
• API Contract Definition: Act as a key stakeholder in the API design process. Work closely with the E2E IT Architect and backend teams to define, refine, and document the API contracts (RESTful/GraphQL) required to deliver flawless frontend functionality and data integration.
• Vendor & Partner Steering: Lead and direct external frontend development teams (L2/L3/Dev). Provide unambiguous requirements, conduct regular sprint planning and review sessions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tested, and maintainable code.
• User Experience & Performance: Champion a user-centric and performance-first culture. Utilize analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to make data-driven decisions. Define and monitor Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics to ensure an exceptional user experience across all devices and regions.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of frontend and headless technologies (JAMstack, SSG, SSR, Edge Computing). Proactively identify and advocate for new tools and methodologies that can drive innovation, improve developer experience, and enhance our digital presence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Lead Frontend Developer in an agile, API-first environment, preferably within a global B2B or B2C context.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in modern frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and extensive experience with frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms is mandatory (Storyblok is a major plus). A deep understanding of the JAMstack architecture and its ecosystem is required.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, document, and work with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional agile and backlog management skills (experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools).
• Skills: A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing web experiences.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, VWO).
