Keenfinity is seeking a skilled Product Owner Frontend to lead our headless, API-driven frontend strategy. You will translate brand goals into a concrete backlog, define API contracts, and coordinate with external partners to deliver scalable web experiences.

You will drive user-centric performance, leverage analytics, and stay ahead of JAMstack innovations to enhance global digital presence. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing, global B2B environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Web Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Lead Frontend Developer in an agile, API-first environment.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms; Storyblok is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of JAMstack architecture and its ecosystem.
• Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs; API testing with Postman/Insomnia.
• Excellent agile/backlog management skills; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
• Portfolio of beautiful, intuitive, high-performing web experiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership.
• Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing tools (GA, VWO).

Product Owner Frontend (Headless & API-Driven) (div/w/m)

We are looking for a technically-astute and visionary Product Owner to lead the development of our brand websites and digital frontend experiences within a state-of-the-art, headless architecture. This role is the critical link between our brand strategy and technical execution, translating ambitious brand goals into a functional and technical backlog for our API-driven frontends. You will be responsible for orchestrating a seamless user experience by sourcing content and data from various backend systems (including the headless CMS Storyblok, PIM, CRM) and steering our external development partners to deliver engaging, high-performing, and globally scalable web experiences.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the Website Business Owner to define and evangelize a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for our decoupled frontend applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial targets.
• Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, manage, and meticulously prioritize the product backlog for all frontend development. Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, focusing on features that consume APIs from our headless ecosystem (Storyblok, PIM, Salesforce, etc.).
• API Contract Definition: Act as a key stakeholder in the API design process. Work closely with the E2E IT Architect and backend teams to define, refine, and document the API contracts (RESTful/GraphQL) required to deliver flawless frontend functionality and data integration.
• Vendor & Partner Steering: Lead and direct external frontend development teams (L2/L3/Dev). Provide unambiguous requirements, conduct regular sprint planning and review sessions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tested, and maintainable code.
• User Experience & Performance: Champion a user-centric and performance-first culture. Utilize analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to make data-driven decisions. Define and monitor Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics to ensure an exceptional user experience across all devices and regions.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of frontend and headless technologies (JAMstack, SSG, SSR, Edge Computing). Proactively identify and advocate for new tools and methodologies that can drive innovation, improve developer experience, and enhance our digital presence.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Lead Frontend Developer in an agile, API-first environment, preferably within a global B2B or B2C context.
• Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms is mandatory (Storyblok is a major plus). A deep understanding of the JAMstack architecture and its ecosystem is required.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, document, and work with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional agile and backlog management skills (experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools).
• Skills: A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing web experiences.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, VWO).
