Keenfinity Group Audio seeks an E2E IT Architect to design and build a composable technology landscape that connects commerce, CRM, PIM, CMS and ERP into one API-first platform.

You will lead a small team in Ovar, Portugal, shaping the target architecture with partners to deliver a scalable, AI-enabled digital customer journey for Electro-Voice, Dynacord and others.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in software or solution architecture with 3+ years in composable, API-first landscapes.
• Experience with SaaS-heavy integration and iPaaS patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the composable stack (Norce, Salesforce, PIM, CMS, DAM, iPaaS, SAP ERP).

E2E IT Architect (Composable Arch.) (div/w/m)

At Keenfinity Group Audio, we are a globally leading provider of innovative professional audio, security and communication solutions. Within our business, globally recognized brands such as Electro-Voice, Dynacord and Telex power communication, collaboration and live experiences around the world.

As part of our Digital & Commercial Excellence organization, we are building a modern, AI-enabled and customer-centric commercial engine that scales with the business, backed directly by Private Equity ownership and a fast, decision-led operating model.

We are looking for a hands‑on E2E IT Architect to design and build the composable technology landscape of Keenfinity Group - Audio. The business goal is clear: we want to grow fast, and the digital customer journey of our brands (Electro-Voice, Dynacord and others) is the engine for that. You will shape the architecture that connects commerce, CRM, PIM, CMS and ERP into one coherent, API-first platform that serves our brand websites, the new Customer Portal, our Academy and future digital products. The target picture is not finished yet. You will help define it, and then make it real together with a small, young team in Ovar and a handful of specialised implementation partners.

• Architecture Design & Build: Own the end-to-end architecture of our composable stack: Norce (commerce), Salesforce (Sales, Revenue and Service Cloud), Stibo STEP (PIM), Storyblok (headless CMS), Bynder (DAM), Workato (iPaaS) and the SAP ERP backbone. Design the integration layer and the BFF/API layer that feed our headless frontends, and make pragmatic decisions about where the stack is API‑first, where it is event‑driven, and where a simple SaaS‑to‑SaaS connection is good enough.
• Standards that Enable, not Slow Down: Define lightweight, practical standards for API design, data contracts, event handling, identity (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and observability. Document them where people actually read them, and evolve them with the team rather than enforcing them from the outside.
• Delivery Partnership: Work day to day with our Product Owners (Frontend, CRM, MDM), the brand marketing leads and our implementation partners. Review their designs, unblock them, and take technical decisions quickly when they are needed. You are the person who keeps the whole picture in mind while everybody else is heads‑down in their part of it.
• Technology Evaluation: Keep an eye on what is emerging in composable commerce, integration and AI‑assisted engineering. Propose where a new platform or pattern would make us faster or simpler, and be equally willing to say no when it would not. We prefer fewer, well‑integrated components over a long list of tools.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent track record. We care more about what you have built than about the title on your diploma.
• Experience: 8+ years in software or solution architecture, with at least 3 years designing and running composable, API‑first landscapes in production. Experience in a scale‑up or product company is a plus. Pure enterprise architecture or governance roles without hands‑on delivery are not what we are looking for.
• Technical Expertise: Hands‑on mastery of integration patterns in a SaaS‑heavy, iPaaS‑driven landscape (event‑driven and API‑led integration, idempotency, error handling, observability). Experience with Workato or a comparable iPaaS is a strong plus.
• Technical Expertise: Solid working knowledge of the platforms that make up a composable commerce stack: CRM (Salesforce Sales, Revenue and Service Cloud), PIM (Stibo STEP or comparable), headless commerce (Norce or comparable), headless CMS (Storyblok or comparable), DAM and CIAM, and how they connect to an SAP ERP backbone.
• Technical Expertise: Experience designing BFF and API layers (REST, GraphQL) for headless frontends, ideally with a modern SPA stack (Vue/Nuxt or similar) on an edge platform such as Cloudflare.
• Technical Expertise: Comfortable across data models and storage technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and with the data flows between commerce, CRM, PIM and ERP. Exposure to a modern analytics stack (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or comparable) is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Good understanding of cloud and edge platforms and their managed services. Certifications are welcome but not required.
• Skills: Strong systems thinking and the ability to make pragmatic architecture decisions in a landscape that is still being built. You are comfortable with the fact that the target picture is not finished yet and see that as the interesting part.
• Skills: Clear communication with product owners, marketing leads, external agencies and implementation partners. You can explain an architecture decision to a brand marketer and defend it with an integration partner.
• Skills: Growth mindset. You learn new platforms quickly, prefer shipping and iterating over producing documents, and would rather own an outcome than a slide deck.
