Job summary

Nors is seeking an E-commerce Apps Manager in Oporto, with 3 days of WFH per week, to lead the Corporate Information Systems Department. You will own the e-commerce platforms, define the technology roadmap, and drive feature development while ensuring secure, scalable architectures.

The role requires Django expertise, experience with React, SQL, and coordination of internal and external teams in a global group. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application development or management.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and/or external partners.
• Experience developing e-commerce solutions with Django and knowledge of React.
• Knowledge of SQL; SAP MD/SD is a plus; DevOps and CI/CD are beneficial.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce platforms and their integrations.
• Define and manage the technology roadmap for the Webshop and digital sales channels.
• Contribute to development and implementation of new features.
• Define and evolve solution architecture with emphasis on quality, security, scalability.
• Monitor platform performance and lifecycle; coordinate internal/external teams.
