A Nors Group procura um E-commerce Apps Manager para se juntar ao Departamento de Sistemas de Informação Corporativos, baseado no Porto, com 3 dias de teletrabalho por semana.

As responsabilidades incluem a propriedade técnica das plataformas de e-commerce, definição do roadmap e coordenação de equipas técnicas internas e externas. Procuramos alguém com forte experiência em Django, SQL e integração de sistemas.

Qualifications

• Formação superior em CS/Eng. de software (Bach/ MSc).
• 5+ anos em desenvolvimento ou gestão de aplicações, preferencialmente em e-commerce/digital.
• Experiência coordenando equipas técnicas e/ou parceiros externos.
• Conhecimento em Django é obrigatório; conhecimento em React.
• Conhecimento de SQL; SAP (MD/SD), DevOps e CI/CD são diferenciais.

Responsibilities

• Assumir a propriedade técnica das plataformas de e-commerce e integrações.
• Definir e gerir o roadmap tecnológico para a Webshop e canais de venda digitais.
• Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e implementação de novas features.
• Definir e evoluir a arquitetura de solução, garantindo qualidade, segurança, escalabilidade e manutenibilidade.
• Monitorizar desempenho e disponibilidade da plataforma e gerir o ciclo de vida da aplicação.
• Promover boas práticas de desenvolvimento, documentação e qualidade de software.
• Coordenar equipas técnicas internas e/ou parceiros externos.

E-Commerce Apps Manager

We are looking for a E-commerce Apps Manager to join our Corporate Information Systems Department based in Oporto(with 3 days of WFH per week).

What's the challenge?

• Ensure technical ownership of the e-commerce platforms and their integrations;
• Define and manage the technology roadmap for the Webshop and digital sales channels;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new features;
• Define and evolve solution architecture, ensuring quality, security, scalability and maintainability;
• Monitor platform performance and availability and manage the application lifecycle;
• Promote best practices in development, documentation and software quality;
• Coordinate internal technical teams and/or external partners.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in application development or management, preferably in e-commerce or digital sales;
• Experience coordinating technical teams and/or external partners;
• Experience developing e-commerce solutions, with strong knowledge of Django (mandatory) and knowledge of React;
• Knowledge of SQL; knowledge of SAP (MD/SD), DevOps and CI/CD is a plus;
• Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Proficiency in English.
