Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou área relevante.
• Experiência prática na implementação, configuração ou gestão funcional de soluções Dynamics 365.

Responsabilidades

• Coletar e analisar requisitos, desenhar processos de negócio e preparar documentação funcional.
• Atuar como Product Owner funcional, gerindo backlog, prioridades e critérios de aceitação.
• Garantir testes funcionais e UAT, entender integrações, APIs e fluxos de dados.

We are looking for an Amazing: Dynamics 365 developer Seniority: Senior Type of position: Hybrid - Carcavelos, Lisbon. The amazing you, will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field. Professional experience implementing, configuring, or functionally managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Practical experience with one or more of the following modules: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Dynamics 365 Field Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data or other related modules Ability to configure Dynamics 365 solutions using the platform's standard tools, minimizing custom development whenever possible. Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.

Experience gathering and analysing requirements, designing business processes, and preparing functional documentation. Experience working with external vendors and supporting technology implementation projects. Ability to act as a functional Product Owner, managing the backlog, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.

Experience preparing and executing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Knowledge of security models, roles, teams, business units, and permissions within Dynamics 365. Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems, even without being an exclusively technical profile. Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-Have

• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience working on medium- to large-scale CRM projects.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other backlog and project management tools.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solutions, pipelines, and Power Platform environment management.
• Knowledge of Power BI and experience building dashboards using Dynamics 365 data.
• Experience in higher education, professional services, organisations with multiple business areas, or environments involving a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, privacy, and personal data management.
