KCS IT in Lisbon seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead Dynamics 365 solutions across modules, platforms, and integrations. You will work with business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deliveries in a hybrid Lisbon setting.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure DevOps and Jira, plus strong English and Portuguese communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Professional experience implementing, configuring, or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) and Dataverse/Power Platform.
• Experience as a functional Product Owner, backlog management, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and UAT processes.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems.

We are looking for an Amazing: Senior Dynamics365 developer Seniority: Senior-level (5+ years) Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• - Professional experience implementing, configuring, or functionally managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• - Practical experience with one or more of the following modules: Dynamics 365 Sales Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Dynamics 365 Field Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data or other related modules Ability to configure Dynamics 365 solutions using the platform’s standard tools, minimizing custom development whenever possible.
• - Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.
• - Experience gathering and analysing requirements, designing business processes, and preparing functional documentation.
• - Experience working with external vendors and supporting technology implementation projects.
• - Ability to act as a functional Product Owner, managing the backlog, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• - Experience preparing and executing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• - Knowledge of security models, roles, teams, business units, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
• - Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems, even without being an exclusively technical profile.
• - Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• - Nice-to-Have Skills Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• - Experience working on medium- to large-scale CRM projects.
• - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other backlog and project management tools.
• - Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solutions, pipelines, and Power Platform environment management.
• - Knowledge of Power BI and experience building dashboards using Dynamics 365 data.

• - Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• - Experience with Docker and containerization.
• - Knowledge of messaging/event-driven architectures such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
