Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or similar role with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Ideally hold certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and a good team player.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with weekly office presence.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and objectives and advise on leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, including integrations and extensions.
• Perform system assessments, identify gaps, and propose optimization strategies.
• Guide clients' end-users on effective use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Coordinate with developers, PMs, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and share knowledge with the team.
• Offer best-practice recommendations aligned with industry standards.
