Responsabilidades

• Liderar e apoiar implementações do Dynamics 365 SCM e projetos de transformação.
• Recolher, analisar e traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções funcionais.
• Configurar e otimizar processos de cadeia de abastecimento no Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Colaborar com stakeholders para melhorar eficiência operativa e desempenho do sistema.
• Apoiar testes, formação de utilizadores, go-live e melhoria contínua.

What You'll do:

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and transformation projects;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions;
• Configure and optimize supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 SCM;
• Collaboratewith business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and system performance;
• Support testing, user training, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant with hands‐on expertise in Supply Chain Management processes;
• Strong knowledge of Procurement & Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Sales & Order Management, Asset Management, and Warehouse Management (WMS/AWMS);
• Proven experiencedelivering Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
