Job summary

Ivy Partners Group SA is seeking a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to join our team in Portugal. You will provide first-line functional support, assist users across business units, run training sessions, and drive adoption of Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Your background includes at least 1 year of functional experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service (work orders, scheduling, asset management), experience with ServiceNow or Jira, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, scheduling and asset management processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus.
• Business-oriented and functional mindset, with a strong focus on user needs rather than technical development.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable delivering training sessions and supporting users from different business areas.
• Learn quickly and adapt easily to different business environments.
• Proactive, with growing autonomy and a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line functional support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service users, handling incidents, service requests and functional questions.
• Support different business units in the daily use of the solution, including work orders, resource scheduling and the mobile application.
• Run training sessions and provide guidance to end users.
• Drive user adoption of Dynamics 365 Field Service across the organisation and promote best practices.
• Identify and follow up on functional challenges, working closely with the project lead.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials and knowledge base articles.
• Support functional testing and UAT activities for new releases and enhancements, gathering user feedback and proposing improvements.
