Adentis Portugal is seeking an experienced Tech Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to guide development teams and drive architectural decisions. You will define requirements, shape architecture, and mentor engineers across agile squads.

You will collaborate with customers to align solutions with business goals, ensure secure, scalable code, and continuously drive improvements in platform performance while participating in weekly office presence.

Qualificações

• > 5 years’ experience developing D365 solutions with or without existing module.
• Experience in out-of-the-box components and modules.
• Overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead role, leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
• Strong ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
• Availability to go to the office, once a week.

Responsabilidades

• Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements.
• Research and learn latest configurations and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and implement them.
• Develop design specifications and provide demos (live, docs, presentations) to the business.
• Collaborate with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture.
• Work with agile teams to implement the solution.
• Lead the technical team, providing guidance, best practices, and mentoring to developers.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by enforcing development standards and reviewing implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs and long-term goals.
• Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements to optimize performance and maintainability.
