Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to join our Lisbon hub on a hybrid basis. You will shape and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 solutions, drive technical direction, and lead cross-functional teams through digital transformation projects in the energy sector.

The role combines hands-on development with leadership, requiring strong architecture sense, REST API integrations, and Power Platform proficiency. English at or above B2 level is expected.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, ideally in Customer Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and software development best practices.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and developers in an agile environment.
• Designing and implementing business-focused solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Customizing Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Building and optimizing integrations through REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Leveraging the Power Platform to deliver applications and automation solutions.
• Driving DevOps best practices, CI/CD implementation, and application performance improvements.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance across development teams.

What You\'ll Be Doing
