Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Technical Customer Advisor in Portugal (Porto) to guide Dutch-speaking customers through technical journeys by phone, chat and email with friendly, patient support.

You will collaborate with technicians to resolve issues, document escalations, and uphold the company brand. Must be a native Dutch speaker with fluent English, willing to relocate to Portugal and work 24/7 shifts.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English required.
• Background in customer or technical support is a big plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and start on Sept 22; able to work 24/7 shifts.
