Cbtalents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Santos (Lisbon) team on-site. The role involves assisting Dutch-speaking customers and collaborating with an international team. Rotating shifts from 08:00–20:00, Mon-Sat, with start dates in February 2026.

Relocation support and a signing bonus are offered, including assistance with NIF/NISS and housing search. This is a full-time on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native Dutch required.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Work within an international team to resolve inquiries.
