bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to work fully remotely from Portugal. You will join a busy team supporting customers across the Netherlands and Belgium, handling inquiries via multiple channels and participating in rotating shifts.

Training is provided and relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal. The role offers 40 hours per week in a fully remote setup, with private health insurance from start and the potential for relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Able to work full-time on rotating shifts.
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence/work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Work on rotating shifts within a Monday–Sunday schedule.
