Delnext procura um especialista em Marketing de Influenciadores e Afiliados para identificar, qualificar e contactar parceiros. A função envolve onboarding, negociação de condições e promoção de campanhas em mercados nacionais e internacionais.

Gestão de desempenho, upsell e suporte a iniciativas comerciais fazem parte do dia a dia. A posição terá base em Portugal, com 1 dia remoto semanal, ambiente jovem e oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.

Qualifikationen

• Bacharelado em Marketing, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas.
• Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em gestão de marketing.
• Atitude pró-ativa, vontade de aprender e priorizar tarefas.
• Fortes habilidades de análise de dados e comunicação.
• Fluência em inglês.
• Conhecimento avançado de Excel.
• Conhecimento de Power BI ou ferramentas similares é uma mais-valia.

Aufgaben

• Identificar, qualificar e contactar novos influencers e afiliados em mercados doméstico e internacional.
• Onboardar e ativar parceiros em campanhas, mantendo envolvimento contínuo.
• Discutir condições comerciais, campanhas promocionais e incentivos baseados em desempenho.
• Planejar e implementar iniciativas orientadas para vendas e reengajar parceiros inativos.
• Monitorizar desempenho e identificar upsell, cross-sell e oportunidades de expansão de mercado.
• Colaborar com equipas internas para alinhamento de campanhas, ofertas e materiais comerciais.

Descrição da Função \"ROLE: Identify, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in domestic and international markets. Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, maintaining ongoing engagement. Discuss commercial conditions, promotional campaigns, and performance-based incentives. Plan and implement sales-focused initiatives and re-engage inactive partners. Monitor performance and identify upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.\"

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills;
• fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• familiarity with Power BI or other tools is a plus.
