This role involves reviewing online content and ensuring safety on digital platforms. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive material responsibly.

The position offers flexible working arrangements, including remote or hybrid options, for those already in Portugal or willing to relocate with support.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles.
• At least 6 months experience is mandatory for all applicants.
• Comfortable working with online content.

Responsabilidades

• Review videos, images, text, and user-generated content.
• Monitor platform activities according to internal policies.
• Escalate violations and suspicious activities when required.

Conhecimentos
