Dutch Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices | Portugal | On-site

Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international Diabetes Medical Devices project. The successful candidate will provide professional customer support regarding products, services, and related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer support.
• Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
• Handle complex customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear and accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Dutch: Fluent/C2 level.
• English: C1 level.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to handle complex situations.
• Healthcare or technical support experience is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is a plus.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position with 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Two rotational days off.
• Occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00.

Relocation

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months may be available for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
• No flight ticket is provided.
